The Next Idea LLC is seeking an Equity Partner with 15+ years of total experience and 10+ years of management consulting experience from either a top-tier firm (e.g. Accenture, Bain, BCG, Deloitte), a middle-tier firm (Navigant, Huron) or a boutique firm to join its Leadership. Execitive level Canditates from relevent corporations are also invited to apply. 

Ideal consulting experience will include (not prioritized):

1. Client acquisition
2. Strategy/Strategic Planning and Execution
3. M&A Integration
4. Organizational Change
5. Business Process Reengineering
6. Business Operations and/or Financial Management
7. Experience in the Restaurant, Hotel and food Industry a plus

·         Senior-Level client service delivery

·         Ability to lead consulting teams and client resources in resolving challenging strategic issues and opportunities

·         Engagement/Experience with senior, C-Level executives

·         Proven ability to establish and grow relationships that result in significant business opportunities for the agency

·         Demonstrated project management skills including problem-solving

·         Solution and methodology formulation and delivery/implementation

·         Executive level session facilitation

The Next Idea is a highly innovative boutique Restaurant and Food Consulting agency, who has successfully opened and managed more than 250 restaurants, bars, and hotels worldwide.

As restaurant consultants and innovations experts we spend much of our time discovering new solutions and generating new ideas that can be applied to existing or new restaurant concepts, with a very high probability of success. Our creativity levels are higher than most, however we recognize that the process of ‘checking in with reality’ is paramount to the success of our recommendations. We therefore provide concrete analysis and sustaining consumer research to support our solutions, along with a solid implementation procedure and follow up program.

Our international restaurant consulting experience, allows for global thinking and the ability to consider broader opportunities when working with clients. This provides a greater level of flexibility when looking at restaurant concept development, while still remaining focused on the deliverables.

 The position will involve working with the CEO, to grow The Next Idea’s domestic and international client base, along with servicing existing clients.

This position is an Equity Partner based position, no salary will be paid in the first year. The position will be suitable for accomplished Consultants or executives who are looking to develop a new Consulting business that takes clients to the edge of creativity across the globe.
